Pieces are for pick-up from our main milling location in Westcliffe.
Orders are for quantities >10 pieces.
Items and quantities requested are in stock.
An additional service charge of $50 (or more) may apply to the following orders:
Small orders of <10 pieces.
Unusual sized items, which includes widths >10", thickness >2", and lengths that are outside of the 8-12' range.
Items that are not currently in stock.
Specialty character pieces and custom sized items.
Additional charges may apply if items are to be shipped. Please ask for a shipping estimate.
Railings & Balusters may be tapered & drilled for an additonal $5 per end (tenon) &/or $5 per hole (drilled).
Also, measured cuts = $1-$2 each on rails/balusters. Large posts, etc. = ask for cut charges
Ask for a quote for custom cuts - some sizes must be custom cut -- and some sizes shown on site may not be available.
(50% - 100% deposit required on special orders or custom cuts --- may not be returned or exchanged)
Custom and character mantels and other pieces = 2x to 3x nominal dimensional prices.
Special surfacing services available on dimensional lumber (approx charges):
Planing/T&G: $1.50 per sq ft, nominal dimensions.
Knife and adze hewing: $1.50 - $2.00 per ln ft per face.
Lumber Delivery not available
Exact dimensions and end trim may vary.
Product is sold as is, and customer assumes sole responsibility for its suitability for chosen uses.
Species, sizes and volumes subject to availability.
Customer is soley responsible for uses.
Customer is responsible for determining local building codes and regulations, including grading of lumber. We can arrange for structural lumber to be graded at additional cost.
